Outstanding large corpus !!!
I did put my hands on this outstanding folk art piece. Over 4 feet high this Christ carved in butternut is naive and really a breathcutter. It do come from Mont St-Hilaire church and defenately end 19th C. . It been part of late Jean Goyette collection for over 30 years and was hung to their wall.
